You cannot change your payment method after you place an order.

We comply with your agreement with PayPal for the payment limit and the refund method.
You can order up to JPY 1,000,000 per order at SUPER DELIVERY, calculated by the exchange rate at the time of placing your order.

As the exchange rate at the time of cancellation/sold-out/return will be applied, the refund amount may differ from the amount you were charged for your order.

Telegraphic Transfer

You will be responsible for extra fees charged for telegraphic transfer.
Please make a payment based on Japanese yen.
Please be aware that we cannot ship if you have not paid the billing amount completely.
If we cannot confirm your payment within 5 business days after you place your order, it will be cancelled automatically.

  • In case the billing amount is partially paid:
    We will ask you to make a payment again. If we cannot confirm your payment within 5 days of notification, your order will be cancelled automatically.
  • In case you pay more than the billing amount or there's an amount difference due to quantity change by a vendor:

SUPER DELIVERY Point

We offer the SUPER DELIVERY point to our customer when we have a promotion sale. The point can be redeemed when shopping on our website within the valid period.

  • 1 point= JPY 1
  • Expiration date: one year from last acquisition.
    ※The expiration date of points from an event will be different. Please kindly confirm the expiration date of the point on the email.
  • Available for Credit Card payments only.
  • The point cannot be used as the shipping fee.
  • The order history will not show your point has been used unless your packages been delivered.
    The amount you redeem by the point will be refunded after your packages delivered.

SUPER DELIVERY COUPON

Some coupon would be issued for customers by SUPER DELIVERY.
The coupon can be used to place an order on our website within the expiration period.

  • A coupon may have different conditions such as duration, product, company, or price.
  • A coupon can be selected within the shopping cart and used only once per order.
  • You cannot use or change coupons after placing an order.
  • A coupon that has been already used cannot be returned for any reason.
  • For coupon types that discount the price of the item, the coupon will be applied from the most expensive product.
    Once a coupon has been applied to one item, it cannot be applied to another item even if the coupon amount is not fully used.
  • In the case of a coupon type that discounts the price of a product at a percentage, the coupon discount rate will be applied to all items at once.
  • If the price of the product changes after placing an order, the coupon will be applied to the item with the changed price.
  • The price on the invoice is the price before the coupon is applied.

Returns & Refunds

In the event that there are damages, contamination, loss, misdelivery or initial malfunction in the delivered items, we will normally correspond by issuing a refund via PayPal or by giving you points that you can redeem at SUPER DELIVERY. Please note that we are not able to accept the refund request by the customers' reasons.

Refund Process

1) Contact us from the following online form within 14 days after receipt.

2) Upload required documents

  • A photo of exterior box at the time of delivery
  • Two photos that show the breakage/contamination status of the products
  • SD item code and number of broken/foul/lost items
  • Detailed explanation about damage, contamination, loss

3) Select refund method

  • SD Points
  • PayPal (Please specify the email address that you will receive the refund)
  • We may issue a refund by the original payment method.

4) After checking the above information, we will issue a refund.

5) We will contact you with the registered email address to inform you of the completion of the refund process.

Please note that we are not able to issue a refund in the following cases:
  • When the required documents are insufficient.
  • When we do not receive your refund request within 14 days after delivery.
  • When the damage is expected to occur due to the characteristics of the product.

About Refund Amount and Refund Date

Regardless of the original payment method, we normally issue a refund by SD Points or PayPal.
The refund amount will be the amount of product price and Shipping & Handling Fee. However, if there is no shipping cost difference, only the product price will be refunded.

About Cancellation

If your order is still in "Processing" state on your Order History, you can request cancellation from the cancellation request button. The cancellation may not be accepted if the vendor already shipped your order.

After the shipping process from the vendor is completed (Shipping Soon on Order History), you cannot cancel for any reason.

Shipping Fee is set by the shipping companies.
Shipping fee differs depending on total weight, shipping destination, and shipping method.
You can confirm the fee on the order screen.

*Handling Fee is JPY1,300.
*For ECMS Express (Taiwan/ Hong Kong/ Korea/ Singapore/ Malaysia/ Thailand), DHL and UPS, the heavier of the actual weight and the volume weight will be applied.
*The shipping fee for each shipping method will be modified on the first day of every month.

About Combined Shipments

We will not accept requests for combined shipments. However, we may choose to pack items from multiple orders together due to our warehouse's convenience. Also, we may deliver one order in separate packages. In any case, the shipping cost determined at the time of your order will not change.

We will not ship directly to consumers. We ship your order to your registered store address only.

When Delivery Cannot be Made

If carriers inform us that it's not possible to complete delivery due to your refusal to accept, long absence, or unknown address, we may cancel your registration.
Please be aware that we can not issue a refund in such cases above.

Notes About Customs Clearance

Some items may be charged customs duties, consumption tax, and value-added tax at the time of customs clearance in destination country. Or import-banned items may be confiscated or returned.
