| Designed by Sori Yanagi. A practical kitchen knife that combines beauty, durability, sharpness, and ease of use. The simple and modern Sori Yanagi stainless steel kitchen knife designed by Sori Yanagi. The shape and size are designed for ease of use, and the blade is made of three layers of steel: a special stainless steel with molybdenum and vanadium for long-lasting sharpness, with a tenacious 13-chrome stainless steel sandwich in the center. This stainless steel for knives combines sharpness, resistance to breakage, and resistance to rust, and skilled craftsmen carefully apply the blade one by one. The corrugated grip is designed to fit the hand, and the grip of the Yanagi Sori Kitchen Knife/Knife has a blasted finish. The handle is made of 18-8 stainless steel. It is rust-resistant, easy to clean, and more hygienic than conventional wooden handles by preventing the growth of bacteria. Can be cleaned in a dishwasher at high temperature and high pressure (up to 180°C). Can be re-sharpened for long-lasting use. |
