The wood is selected to be almost knot-free, and is processed in Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where furniture is produced, and polished, painted, and finished in Wakayama Prefecture. The wood is carefully manufactured through about 10 processes including manual work by craftsmen (raw wood → lumber → wood before hollowing out → hollowing out → wood base polishing → base coating → base polishing → top coating → top coating polishing → nano-coating process). The surface is coated with a special nano-coat and is dishwasher-safe. This is a standard, easy-to-use small-sized 1-tier lunch box.
