The inner surface of the frying pan is coated with a fluorine paint [Silkware] with antibacterial properties from the Daikin factory. *According to JIS Z 2801 Antimicrobial-processed products-Antimicrobial test method *Antimicrobial effect. *Silkware is a trademark of Daikin Industries, Ltd. The top coat contains an antimicrobial agent, and the second layer is a diamond coat consisting of a ceramic blended primer and diamond particles. Cleared abrasion resistance test of 500,000 times! *Equivalent to JIS S 2010 test (surveyed by Japan Metal Products Inspection Center) Metal spatulas are also OK. *Use a smooth one with rounded corners. Compatible with all heat sources such as IH cooking heaters and halogen heaters as well as gas heaters. |
