| [Nezumi" is a popular color during the Edo period (1603-1868), and is a shade of gray mixed with any hue due to the frugal and thrifty background of the times. Its subdued hue blends in comfortably with modern dining tables, making it a finish that can be used for a long time. It is also convenient for use by different family members. 木の良さを生かしつつ、鼠色で風合いをプラスしました。
色部分を乾漆調の塗りにすることでざらっとした質感で表情が面白く、また、ざらつきがあることで持ちやすく、すべりにくい仕上がりになっています。
木目がはっきりとした木材を使用しておりますので塗り上げた後でも木目がわかる仕上がりです。
木の食器は保温性に優れていて中身の温度が変わりにくいのが特徴。
食器の表面に温度が伝わりにくいのでお子様やお年を召した方でも持ちやすく使い勝手がいいです。

カラーの種類
桜鼠（さくらねず）・・・淡い紅色が灰色あるいは薄墨がかって、わずかにくすんだ薄い桜色のことです。

柳鼠（やなぎねず）・・・柳の緑色を帯びた鼠色の意で、薄い緑がかった鼠色のことです。
天然木をそのまま使用しておりますので商品毎に木目・色合い・シミ・サイズなど異なります。
