| [Nezumi" is a popular color during the Edo period (1603-1868), and is a shade of gray mixed with any hue due to the frugal and thrifty background of the times. Its subdued hue blends in comfortably with modern dining tables, making it a finish that can be used for a long time. It is also convenient for use by different family members. While taking advantage of the good qualities of the wood, we added a touch of texture with a rat color. The rough texture of the colored parts is made interesting by the dry lacquer coating, and the roughness makes it easy to hold and prevents it from slipping. The wood grain is clear, so you can see the grain of the wood even after painting. Wooden tableware has excellent heat retention properties and the temperature of the contents does not change easily. 木の良さを生かしつつ、鼠色で風合いをプラスしました。
色部分を乾漆調の塗りにすることでざらっとした質感で表情が面白く、また、ざらつきがあることで持ちやすく、すべりにくい仕上がりになっています。
木目がはっきりとした木材を使用しておりますので塗り上げた後でも木目がわかる仕上がりです。
木の食器は保温性に優れていて中身の温度が変わりにくいのが特徴。

灰汁鼠（あくねず）・・・灰汁のような黄みがかった鼠色のことです。
柳鼠（やなぎねず）・・・柳の緑色を帯びた鼠色の意で、薄い緑がかった鼠色のことです。
天然木をそのまま使用しておりますので商品毎に木目・色合い・シミ・サイズなど異なります。
木目等の指定はできません。天然素材の良さとしてご理解ください。
