[About the grain pattern] Chitose bowls are made using the "horizontal grain" method.
Please note that the grain (horizontally or vertically) may vary from product to product.

Please do not place the product in direct sunlight, direct air conditioning, in a humid place, or near a hot microwave. Doing so may cause fading, distortion, deformation, or cracking.
Please note that pouring boiling water close to 100 degrees Celsius into the pot may cause distortion.

After use, do not soak the product in boiling water or leave it in water for an extended period of time. Wash gently with water or lukewarm water using a soft cloth or sponge and avoid excessive scrubbing. Avoid excessive scrubbing, which may cause the coating to peel off. Dishwashing detergent may be used, but be careful not to use cleansers, etc., as they may scratch the surface.

About knots and stains on natural wood
Since all of our products are made of natural wood, some products may have some scratches, stains, or grain patterns that may be severe.
These may look like stains, but they are inevitable because natural wood is used as it is.
Please understand that these are characteristics of natural wood and will be delivered as good quality.

Cautions for use
If you are concerned about the smell of the paint, take it out of the box and leave it in a well-ventilated place for a few days.
When using it for the first time, please do not put hot food in it suddenly, but pour lukewarm water into it first and then spill it for 2 to 3 minutes to let it acclimate.

*If you order products with different delivery dates
If you wish to ship together, please let us know when you place your order.
If you do not notify us, we will ship the items with the earliest delivery date first. In this case, shipping charges will apply for each shipment.
