Made in Japan; [Ten Rabbit Colors]-Various rabbits drawn by ten different people; In the year of the Rabbit, 2023, we have had various artists, young and old, men and women, who are connected with Hitoshi Yamamoto Shoten, draw these [rabbits]. We have collected 10 auspicious "rabbits" from various people in the hope that both the giver and the receiver will value and respect each other's tastes and ideas, and enjoy the differences between them. The gift is to be given to the recipient; *Kazumasa Nagai Graphic designer, born in Osaka in 1929, participated in the establishment of Nippon Design Center in 1960, and is currently its chief advisor; also a member of ADC, AGI, and a special advisor to JAGDA. He has received numerous awards, including the JAAC Member Award, the Mainichi Design Award, the Minister of Education's Art Encouragement Prize, the Mainichi Art Award, and the International Poster Exhibition in Warsaw*Brno. He has designed symbol marks for the Sapporo Winter Olympics, Ibaraki Prefecture, Niigata Prefecture, JA (Japanese Agricultural Cooperative), Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, and others. |
