| This series of rugs is based on the motif of Gabbeh. All the rugs are hand-knotted by craftsmen in India, and you will feel attached to them because of their rustic loveliness. *What is a Gabbeh rug? Gabbeh rugs are hand-woven by Iranian nomads and are characterized by their coloring and unique patterns. Among the many types of patterns, there are some that express a wish to brighten up the living space. This series combines such wishes with a casual atmosphere that can be easily incorporated into Japanese homes. *Comfortable in all seasons! The material used is a mix of two natural fibers: wool and cotton. Wool is a material with high heat-insulating properties and is well-known as a winter material. It is warmer and less likely to pick up the coolness of the floor. In summer, on the other hand, its natural moisture absorption and desorption properties keep it dry and comfortable to the touch. You can enjoy the seasonal feel by replacing the rug with a summer rug, or you can leave it laid out all year round. [Wool has a unique smell when first used.] *This rug may have a distinctive smell when first used. *There is a possibility of playful hairs for a few months. Played fluff is fibers trapped between the piles during production. Please be assured that the pile is not falling out. *This product cannot be washed in its entirety.
