1.表面が変色するまで鍋全体をムラなく加熱して下さい。(煙と特有の臭いが出ることがあります。)
2.鍋が冷えたら、タワシやスポンジなどで内面を洗い流して下さい。
3.取り除いた後は非常に錆びやすくなるので、鍋の内面にサラダ油等をたっぷり塗り、再び加熱して油を馴染ませてご使用下さい。
