Description
| This deck cap was adopted by the Italian Navy. It is a brimless design of the U.S. military deck caps with a button fastening on the chin strap. This cap is used as a thermal protection measure during deck work in winter, and also covers the ears and collar. The outer material is cotton jungle cloth, which is also used for deck jackets and pants, and has excellent windproof properties, while the lining is made of wool to ensure heat retention.
