①バッグを振り、粉を下に寄せます。2つのツメをしっかり折り曲げ、バッグ上部をミシン目に沿って切り取ります。
②バッグのフックをカップにかけて、口を大きく開けます。少量の熱湯を注ぎ、約20秒蒸らします。
③約120ccの熱湯を2、3回に分けてゆっくりと注ぎ、2分間つけておいてください。
