Delivery (about 2 weeks after production start) *First-time customers must order both the product and the price of the plate (S1). *Logo/name can be placed on the front or back of the product. *Logo data must be submitted in AI/Illustrator format (outlined). We do not accept data creation. *As a general rule, cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations made during the sample creation stage will be charged for the cost of creating the sample, including the cost of the printing plate and the creation fee. *Logo* and name will be put on by over glazing (baking on a transfer sheet over the glaze). *We will keep the plate for one year, and repeat orders within one year will not require a plate fee. *Minimum lot size is 50 pieces; if you would like to add a fraction of an order over 50 pieces, please inquire separately.
