Description
| This hair ornament is decorated with mother-of-pearl inlay (raden), which is processed from the inner mother-of-pearl layer of abalone shells. On top of the colored foil, traditional small patterns are hand-applied one by one using the foil stamping technique used in kimono making. The elegant luster of the raden and foil is eye-catching and popular among women. It can be used by inserting it into a ponytail, half-up, or other hair tied with an elastic band. |
