*Please be sure to read *. *About iron sand tetsubin Iron iron sand kettles are made of cementite, which is similar to glass, and are very fragile and should be handled with care. Please do not burn iron iron sand kettles when empty. If you do happen to burn the kettle, remove it from the fire and wait for the temperature to cool down naturally. If you rush to cool the kettle with water, it may crack due to the temperature difference. *Beginning to use a new product After rinsing lightly, boil water 2 to 3 times. *About the heat level Use medium heat for both gas and induction heaters. For IH heaters, use 600w-800w as a guide. When using *, please shift the lid. When boiling water, please shift the lid slightly to release steam. *The lid knob and the hyun are "hot". When transferring boiled water to a pot, etc., align the lids and pour the water into the pot by holding the knob with a cloth or other object. Be careful with the lid knob and bail* as they are very hot. (*When using an induction cooker, the bail generally does not get hot.) *The bail is fixed. Most tetsubin pots have a fixed bail. Please do not move it forcibly. *Whenever you finish using it Transfer the boiled water to a pot or other container, remove the lid, and let the residual heat dispel the water. Do not leave hot water inside the pot as it may cause rust. Use the [pot lid rest] as a place to put the lid while it dries in the residual heat. *Cautions for use with a stove While the stove is lit, the tetsubin can be left on the stove (be careful not to burn the stove empty). When the stove is turned off, transfer the hot water from the tetsubin to the pot, remove the lid, and allow the residual heat to evaporate the water. |
