What is Nippon Meiseki?
Stones produced in various parts of Japan and registered in the list of famous stones in accordance with the regulations set by the Association. The minerals have a comprehensive appeal as a stone that should be shared globally in terms of their place of origin, history, color, structure, etc, The list is open to those whose value is recognized. A gemstone is identified by several conditions depending on its object. *Originally originating from a region with culturally significant universal value. *The stone itself has a historical significance. *Rare and valuable stones that should be enhanced by rarity. *Geologically or mineralogically attractive. *Things that have become or may become difficult to preserve for future generations. *The existence of the object should be widely disseminated and recognized. *Natural beauty that is outstanding and natural phenomena of aesthetic importance. or symbolizes a natural phenomenon or production area of exceptional natural beauty and aesthetic importance. These are the conditions for a representative stone to be recognized by the Association. |

We specialize in handmade accessory parts, stainless steel parts and natural stone manufacturing in Japan. All of our products are hand-wiped, inspected and packed by hand in Japan, and then packed and shipped with care. The production area is limited because the environment must be under certain conditions. Niigata chert is a Triassic sediment. The stone itself is very hard and sharp when broken due to its layered nature. 新潟チャート(NIGATA Chert)
・産地:新潟県
放散虫や海綿動物が海底に堆積した化石です。
断面をルーペで見ると、その化石の断片が見られることもあります。
海底に他の鉱物などが混ざらない条件でなければ形成されず
環境が一定条件の整わなければならないため、産地は限られます。
新潟チャートは三畳紀の堆積物です。
石自体は非常に硬く、層状になっているため、割れると鋭利になります。
色とりどりなうえ、光を透過するので、見た目もとても美しいです。
