The cover is a collaborative visual by [tamimoon × Hauiki Shiroi]     This [ILLUSTRATION 2024] is the latest edition of the best-selling [ILLUSTRATION] series.

It features 150 of the most talented artists from across the Japanese illustration scene, from diverse pop culture to the ever-changing internet culture that is drawing the world's attention.

All the artists listed have been newly replaced from the previous edition [ILLUSTRATION 2023], allowing readers to experience the cutting edge of contemporary illustration.

The cover of the 10th anniversary issue, 2024, is the first artist collaboration in the series. The cover visual is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between two of today's hottest artists, [tamimoon × Hauiki Shiroi].

The end of the book includes interviews with Ado, a singer who has been leading the Japanese music scene since his shocking debut with [Usoe wa], and Keita Mori, an art director who has created many edgy book covers, as well as a special conversation between tamimoon and Kuyuki Shiroi about the process of creating the book's cover visuals. tamimoon

Tamimoon is an artist who draws women with a focus on fashion. Established the illustration and modeling agency "tamimoon" in February 2022. Published her first book [IDENTITY] in the same year.

Hakuiki Shiroi

Began production activities in 2017, and began exhibiting works in 2018. The images of his works, such as colors, are inspired by digital information on the Internet. The concept of the work created through his own body is [to have mass in the material world], and the weight (grams) of the ink used in the work becomes the [title] of the work as it is. The act of the purchaser cutting the artwork directly and affixing it to a familiar object is incorporated into the concept of the work as a kind of complicity between the artist and the viewer.
