Description
| [The coffee beans are soaked in sake, and the sake flavor is transferred to the beans before roasting. [About the brewery] The brewery is the only winery in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture [Kentoku Winery]. The winery values the opportunity for more people to have contact with Japanese wine by transmitting its wines from Kanagawa, which is close to the center of Tokyo. 2014 saw the development of a farm* and the opening of a vineyard, and in 2019 the first grapes were harvested and [Kanagawa Wine] was released as a commissioned brew to Yokohama Winery. In January 2023, we obtained a fruit wine production license to brew our own wine. [We are exploring the "Taste of Sagamihara". [The sake used] Muscat Bailey A "Blanc" is an in-house brewed wine made from fresh Muscat Berry A and Koshu grapes just before they ripen to red. The grapes used as ingredients are 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Sagamihara. [The result is only possible because Kentoku Winery is in pursuit of the "taste of Sagamihara". Fresh and fruity, even those who are new to wine can enjoy this product. You can taste the deliciousness and refreshing comfort of wine. [Taste as a sake coffee] The soft mouthfeel of the coffee harmonizes with the well-balanced aroma*taste of the wine.
