[After much trial and error] [Let's try a different vibe from what we've done before...] When the designers were deciding on the print pattern among themselves, such a discussion came up. This brick print was originally inspired by a design with layers of masking tape. The designer who was put in charge of the project examined the color scheme from among 30 choices.... The designer who was in charge of the project examined 30 color schemes.... and decided on a color scheme that could be used for both women's and men's wear. After repeated trial and error on how to arrange the printed patterns, it was finally completed! [It was like Tetris!] The designer's smiling, cheerful look back at the hard work is dazzling and impressive. We hope that the brick prints, which can be enjoyed in a wide range of ways, will be available to many people. お庭づくりに欠かせないのが、土壌を支える囲いのレンガたち。

穿くと楽ちんなのに、美しいシルエット。

「刺繍糸を巻き付けて」
ウエストの紐部分をよくよくみると…先端に刺繍糸のアクセントが！
デザイナーのさり気ないこだわりがみえてきます。
両脇にはポケットも付いているので、さっと必要なものだけ持ってお出かけするのにも適しています。
「試行錯誤を重ねて」
「今までとは違う雰囲気にしてみようか。」
デザイナー同士でプリント柄を決めるときに、そんな話が挙がったそう。
このレンガプリントは、もともとマスキングテープを重ねたデザインから着想を得て作られました。
担当になったデザイナーは、30通りの中から配色を吟味…。
全体のバランスを重視して「これだ！」と思うものを作成し、レディースとメンズ双方で使用できるカラーを決めたと言います。
プリント柄をどのように配置するか何度も試行錯誤を重ね、ついに完成！
「テトリスみたいだった〜！」と、大変な作業を笑顔で明るく振り返るデザイナーの姿がなんとも眩しく、印象的です。
幅広い楽しみ方のできるレンガプリントが、多くの方のお手にとってもらえるよう願っています。
