The brewery maintains traditional methods while also incorporating modern techniques to produce sake with rich flavor and depth of taste. [Sake used] [Izumihashi Sake Lees] is a flavorful sake lees produced by the Izumihashi Sake Brewery in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Sakekasu, obtained from sake brewed with carefully selected rice and water, has a concentrated flavor and richness, and can be used in a wide range of dishes, sweets, and beverages. It is a luxurious product with natural flavor. [Taste as Sake Coffee] The deep flavor of sakekasu and the rich aroma of coffee are in perfect harmony, giving it a new mellow and full-bodied taste. It is perfect for a warm and luxurious moment.
