| -Matcha Heze A collection of charyu's specialties utilizing the craftsmanship of historic kilns and natural materials. -Tanzangama Kiln Tanzangama is located in Dachi Town, Toki City, a production center of Mino ware, where a wide variety of vessels are made. Tanzangama Kiln is located in the town, and is a kiln that is willing to go to great lengths to produce everything from simple glazed pieces to delicate hand-painted pieces. The tea ceremony bowls are made of white rough clay, and each bowl is rounded and molded with a potter's wheel. The bowls are covered with a white glaze and oribe, which give the bowls a simple earthen feel, and a touch of rust color is added. |
