Description
| Collaboration with a wedding dress found in the Palmwood shipwreck, the centerpiece of the Carp*Skill Museum! [Kaap*Skil, Museum of Maritime*Breakwrecks] The Museum Kaap Skil on the Dutch island of Tessel Island displays an extremely rare wedding dress found in the 17th century shipwreck [Palmwood Wreck (Palmhoutwrak)]. This wedding dress is one of the items recovered from the wreck, which was discovered by divers in 2009. The ship is believed to have sunk in the mid-17th century, and the clothing and ornaments found provide a valuable glimpse into the life of the upper class at that time. Despite being buried at the bottom of the sea for nearly 400 years, the dress was found in remarkably good condition. Although the silver decoration has been degraded by the salt water, traces of the pattern can still be seen today. [This is a collaborative product with a motif of a "miraculous historical legacy" that still retains its beauty after 400 years and conveys the glamor and love of the upper class of the time. |
