The main body has two compartments: a suit compartment with a hanger on the front side, and three open pockets on the back side where you can put not only a change of clothes such as underwear but also business documents, etc., and a zipper pocket that is useful for organizing small items. The bag is relatively compact in size, so it is unlikely to be too large and get in the way. It also comes with a shoulder belt for easy mobility, so you can use it in different ways depending on your TPO.
