*Procedures for boiling and vacuum preservation
Wash the sealed jar thoroughly with hot water and dry it well.
Fill the sealed jar with food and preserving liquid (e.g., marinade).
When pouring in the preservative, be sure to leave a space of 2 cm below the mouth of the jar.
3. Put on the rubber packing and fix the jar firmly with the metal fittings.
4. Cover the pot with a cloth to prevent direct contact between the pot and the jar, and place the sealed jar in the pot.
Fill the jar with water so that it covers the top 2 to 3 cm of the jar.
The boiling time will vary depending on the capacity of the jars and the recipe.
After boiling is complete, turn off the heat and allow the jars to cool to room temperature.
Vacuum-sealed jars are hermetically sealed and cannot be easily opened.
This method allows for hygienic long-term storage of foodstuffs.
