本体はタイヤの厚いゴム層の中に鋳込まれる強力ナイロン糸(タイヤが受ける荷重・衝撃・充填空気圧耐える役割を持っています)を使用して織られた新素材「ビートテックス」を使用しています。生地の表面にはテフロン加工が施され、雨や汚れに強くなっています。
本体に強度と発色性を併せ持つこの素材を使いトートバッグに仕立てました。
底面の素材は使い勝手を考慮し白化合皮を使用しています。底鋲も4か所に取り付けられているので置き場所も気になりません。
バックルにより長さを調節できるハンドル部分、開閉に使用するベロ部分はベルトなどに使われる厚手の1枚革を贅沢に使用しています。ホックの開閉が最初かたいように感じるかもしれませんが、使用していくうちにだんだんとなじんできます。
