A new tea strainer has been developed by Mr. Hirotaka Umehara, the second generation of Tamamitsu Kiln. It may be known that "deep steamed tea" has been widely consumed in recent years. However, the tools used to make it are not made of metal. However, the only tool to put it in was a metal tea strainer. We have created a tea strainer that can brew everything from sencha to deep steamed tea with great taste. That is [honey sera mesh]. This fine tea strainer is made of ceramic and looks like a beehive. The holes are small and the structure makes it difficult for deep steamed tea powder to pass through. The appearance of the tea leaves is not so different. 玉光窯「二代目玉光」梅原廣隆氏によって作り出された
新たな茶こしの登場です。
近年、茶葉で「深蒸し茶」が多く飲まれていることは
知られているかと思われます。
しかし、それを入れる道具が金属製の茶こししかありませんでした。
煎茶から深蒸し茶まで美味しく淹れられる茶こしを作りました。
それが「ハニーセラメッシュ」です。
蜂の巣のようにできた陶器製の細かな茶こしは、
穴が小さく深蒸しの粉も通し難い構造になっています。
見た目にはそんなに変わらないですが、
茶葉の種類によって差が出る逸品となります。
