■焙じ茶の作り方
1 急須に茶葉を約8g入れます。
お好みで量は調整してください。
2 ガスコンロに火を点け急須を温めるように揺らします。
3 急須が熱くなりますと茶葉が焙煎され始め
お茶の香ばしい香りが立ちます。
4 熱湯を急須にいれ、茶葉が開くまで約1分待てば
焙じ茶のできあがり。
