| Kutani-yaki, a traditional craft recognized by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, celebrates 360 years since the opening of the Kutani kiln. Kutani-yaki was exhibited at the Paris World Exposition and became famous throughout the world as Japan*Kutani, and has been collected by famous museums around the world, including the British Museum and the Louvre. Handmade, hand painted, hand dyed single flower vase. The indigo color of the painting is simple*is*modern. [Somezuke" is also called Chinese "blue and white" and refers to the technique of dissolving cobalt-based pigment, gozu, in water, drawing a design, glazing, and firing on porcelain. Since the dyeing method involves painting directly on unglazed porcelain, it is no exaggeration to say that the vigor of the brush and the craftsman's brushwork determine the quality of the design. The camellia pattern, a flower that blooms from winter to spring, is not so heavy as to be heavy, but handmade ceramics absorb more water than porcelain, so it is characterized by its thicker thickness. 手作り手書き 染付けの一輪生け。 藍色の一色で描かれた染付けはシンプル・イズ・モダン。 「染付」は中国の「青花」ともいい、磁器の生地にコバルト系の絵具である「呉須」を水で溶かし、図柄を描き、釉薬を掛けて焼成する手法のことです。 染付けの手法は素焼きに直接描くため、筆の勢い、職人の筆捌きが絵柄の良し悪しを決めるといっても過言ではありません。 冬から春にかけて咲くの花の椿柄、しっかりとある重量感は重いと言う程ではありませんが、陶器の手作りは磁器に比べ水分を吸収するので厚く作るのが特徴です。この藁灰釉薬は詫び寂びを随所に表す特徴的な釉薬です。この肌触りは愛着と安心感を与えてくれます。
