アバカ（ABACA）…マニラ麻と呼ばれるバナナによく似た多年生植物の幹から採取される繊維。天然繊維の中で最も強度が有り、耐水性に優れた繊維といわれています。
手触りが良くしなやかで、使うほどに味わい深くなる素材です。
職人による手編みのため各々若干のサイズの違いやゆがみがある場合があります。また、天候や気温・温度により色のぶれが生じる可能性がございます。雨、汗による移染にご注意ください。
入荷時の状態によって形にゆがみが生じる場合がございます。その際はアイロンのスチームにより形を整える事が出来ます。天然素材のため特有のにおいがしますが、風通しの良い場所に数日置いていただくと徐々に軽減されます。
