Description
| Light and well-balanced, smoky and rich aftertaste Fair Trade* coffee carefully grown from rare Arabica Tipica coffee in a forest dotted with beautiful waterfalls on the Bolaven Plateau in southern Laos. Tipika has an excellent aroma and flavor, but is a difficult variety that is susceptible to disease and has low yields. The Jai* Coffee Growers Cooperative (JCFC), run by farmers, spares no effort in growing this coffee with the aim of improving the reputation of the region and increasing the amount of coffee purchased. Tipika is a washed coffee with a clean, well-balanced taste and a rich aftertaste that will keep you coming back for more. Please enjoy it straight. *A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Lao coffee is donated to the producers' organization to support their activities.
