Each piece is carefully lacquered by hand by craftsmen of Echizen Lacquerware in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture, which is famous for its lacquer coating. The black Urushi lacquer is coated with a clear, candy-colored Urushi lacquer, which is then covered with gold and colored Urushi lacquer to create a maki-e effect. This is a traditional technique that allows you to enjoy clear and beautiful patterns. Various switches and cameras are designed to be operated with the cover on. The functionality is also perfect.
