| Souvenir jackets, also known as tour jackets, were originally ordered by American soldiers stationed in Japan from embroidery shops around ports of call during vacations as a commemorative item. Famous examples include skajans, quilted liner jackets, and denim coveralls. Our product is based on the denim coveralls often seen in Japan in the 1960s, with embroidery on the chest and an internal combustion engineer's rank insignia patch on the sleeve.
