Description
This jam is carefully handmade from fruits grown with great care by small farmers in Kenya. The hibiscus fruit is soaked overnight with sugar added to the gunk and seeds, which are then separated by hand. The jam is sweet and sour. This rich and flavorful jam can be used not only on bread and yogurt, but also in cooking, depending on your ideas, making it perfect for your daily table. This handmade jam is made without any preservatives, using only hibiscus and sugar to prevent oxidation and enhance preservation, using a traditional method. *Please note that this jam contains no preservatives. *Please store in the refrigerator after opening the bottle. ハイビスカスのガクと種を手作業で分け、ガクのみに砂糖を加えて一晩浸漬。甘酸っぱいジャムに仕上げました。
コクのある味わい深いジャムは、パンやヨーグルトはもちろん、アイデア次第で料理にも使えるので、毎日の食卓にぴったり。
保存料を一切使用せず、ハイビスカスと砂糖だけを使って酸化を防ぎ、保存性を高めている、昔ながらの製法による手づくりのジャムです。
※このジャムは保存料不使用につき、以下の点ご注意ください。
・開栓後は冷蔵庫で保存してください。(温度を上げないように使用後はすぐに冷蔵庫に入れてください)
開栓後はなるべく早めにお召し上がりください。(1 週間を目安にお召し上がりになることをおすすめします)
・カビの発生を防ぐため、清潔なスプーン等をご使用ください。
