2．食品と液体をフタのすぐ下のラインまで注ぎます。
3．フタをしっかりと締めます。
4．鍋にビンを並べ、水がフタの上にくるように注ぎます。
5．鍋に火をつけ、30分以上（材料によって異なります）煮沸します。
6．火を止め、そのまま冷やします。
7．そのまま、長期保存が可能です。（保存期間は、食品によって異なります。）
8．開ける際は、パッキンの出ている部分を横に引っ張ると空気が入り、真空がとけます。
