再生ガラスで作られたリューズガラスシリーズは素朴な風合いが特徴です。
程良く厚みもあり、口がすぼんでいてなおかつ底に重心がある形状なので、
切り花にとどまらず枝もの等もバランス良く飾ることができます。
●「REUSE=再利用」ガラスシリーズ●
このシリーズは、名前のとおり再生ガラスで作られています。
溶かしたガラスを吹き竿ですくい取り、
型の中でひとつひとつ息を吹き込んで作る吹きガラス技法で作られます。
ひとつひとつ人の手で作っているためガラスの流れや小さな気泡
また口の部分に盛り上がった箇所があったりしますが
これは吹き竿からガラスをカットした後、熱処理した時にガラスが流れて出来るもので
これもまた吹きガラスの特徴です。
ガラスは熱や温度変化に対してとても弱いです。
耐熱ガラスではありませんので急に熱湯を注いだり、
冷凍庫で凍らせたりしないで下さい。
