◆火にかけるだけでおいしく炊ける理由◆
SALIUの炊飯土鍋は、厳選した黒い耐熱陶土に黒い釉薬の仕様で、
放射伝熱に優れています。
高温焼成しているので吸水性が低く、臭いや汚れに強く毎日長ける丈夫なご飯鍋です。
丸いデザインの採用で対流伝熱を高め、肉厚な釜が火加減の必要性をなくしました。
お米を炊き上げるに理想の温度調節を行い、
火を止めてからも高温でじわじわと熱を通し、うまみを閉じ込めておいしいご飯に仕上げます。
※お米は火にかける前に30分以上に浸水させます。

簡単に土鍋でごはんが炊けました!
炊飯器と比べると、ご飯の食感を楽しめお米の甘さを感じました。
食卓に置いても小ぶりでとても可愛い土鍋です。お料理上手に見える効果があるようです♪
2合・約8分・蒸らし16分の方法では、焦げ付きやおこげは出来ませんでした。
お鍋は見かけよりずっしり重い為、洗う際は落とさない様に気をつけました。
