| This wooden spatula is made of durable, gentle and beautifully grained mountain cherry wood. The beautiful curves and fine finishing show the high level of craftsmanship. The logo is branded on one side of the bowl. -For frying Easy to fry and stir in a frying pan. Features a gently curved spatula tip. -For stewing Flat spatula tip that fits the bottom of the pan. Slim design that does not put strain on ingredients. -For flipping A thin, wide spatula tip that easily slides into pancakes, hamburgers, and other baked items and provides firm support. Thin and wide spatula tip. -mountain cherry tree The mountain cherry tree has long been an excellent source of timber. Suketu-cho, Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture, is known as the home of the sacred tree for the Ise Jingu Shikinen Sengu (the annual relocation ceremony of the Ise Jingu Shrine). It is made at Arai Sawmill, located in a mountain village rich in nature. We purchase locally grown lumber in its raw state and carry out all processes until it becomes a product here. Every tree is an important resource. The lumber is considered from the lumbering stage so that it can be used without waste. The hardwood mountain cherry tree does not produce any resin and has a beautiful bark. It is hard and solid, making it resistant to scratches, and the more it is used, the more it develops a candy-colored appearance. It is the perfect material for everyday tools. Our company endorses multifaceted activities such as forest protection and tree planting, as well as urban development and training of successors. [We will donate a part of our sales to the Sotsukuchi-cho Superior Timber Production Study Group. |

地元で育った木材を原木の状態で仕入れ、製品になるまでの全ての工程をここで行っています。
