| *This pot is an unpasteurized pot that utilizes the moisture contained in the ingredients and adds a small amount of water to bring out the original flavor of the ingredients. *Weighs less than half that of a typical cast iron product that can be used for cooking without water. *A film of steam is created between the body of the pot and the lid to lock in the umami-containing steam, and the convex part on the back side of the lid efficiently circulates the steam. *In addition to the aluminum die-casting process and thick-bottomed design, a ceramic coating is applied to ensure durability and long use. *Compatible with both gas and induction heating. *Comes with a recipe book to enjoy cooking without water. *Full water capacity (approx.): 4.4L |
