First, we make a design and faithfully engrave the mold. The metal is pressed with the mold, and the grooves are colored with epoxy resin using the tip of a needle. For coloring, put in each color and repeat the process of drying. Then, the surface is coated with a transparent epoxy resin for finishing. Since these processes are performed manually, only skilled workers with considerable skill can do them. この美しい島で作られるクララ・ビジュのアクセサリーや雑貨は、素晴らしい技術の結晶です。
まず、デザインをおこし、忠実に金型を彫ります。
その金型で地金をプレス（型押し）し、出来た溝に針での先を使ってエポキシ樹脂で色づけをします。
色づけは、1色ごとに入れては乾かす作業を繰り返します。
そして、仕上げに透明のエポキシ樹脂で表面をコートします。
これらの工程は手作業で行われるため、相当の技術を持った熟練工でなければ出来ません。
