演出と虚構と現実のはざまで生み出された、愛猫との奇跡の写真 難病を宣告された、演劇プロデューサーの前に現れた猫ROCCO(ロッコ)。
出会いから1年ほど経ったあるとき著者は、優れた役者に出会ったときに感じる独特な感覚をROCCOに見出していく。
その日を境に、動かなくなる体に鞭打ち、猫を役者に見立てた撮影がはじまった。アングルやライティングに緻密な計算を加え、奔放に動くROCCOを追いかけるそれは、まるでセッションのような時間となっていく…。
