This all-purpose Japanese soup stock is made from carefully selected Soda dried bonito flakes from Kochi Prefecture, Kare Saba (mackerel) flakes from Yaizu Prefecture, Kashin Shiitake mushrooms from Miyazaki Prefecture, Rishiri Kombu from Hokkaido, and iriko (dried sardines) from Kannonji, Kagawa Prefecture, which have a strong flavor. *No synthetic preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or synthetic colors are used. *Tea bag method. [Directions for use] *As a standard soup stock (3-5 servings per bag) (1) Put 1 bag of [dashi pug] in a pot with about 4 cups of water. (2) Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes. *Adjust the amount of dashi for each dish. *As a seasoning Ajigen's dashi is made from carefully selected ingredients that are all safe to eat as is. Therefore, you can tear open the dashi bag and use it as a seasoning. It goes well with yakisoba, fried rice, and any other dishes. 【使用方法】
★定番の出汁として(1袋3〜5人分)
(1)約4カップの水を入れた鍋の中に、「だしパッグ」1袋を入れます。
(2)沸騰したら中火にして約3〜4分間煮出し、「だしパッグ」を取り出します。
※料理別にだしの分量を加減してください。
★調味料として
味源のだしはそのまま食べても大丈夫なものばかりの厳選素材で作られています。
そのため、だしバッグを破り、調味料としてもお使いいただけます。
焼きそば、焼き飯など、どんなお料理にも合います。いつもと一味違う、本格料理にも仕上がります。
