Description
| Tumbler, L size, can be used for a wide range of purposes. Easy-to-handle design for use with beer, cocktails, soft drinks, and a variety of other occasions. Recommended for use with beer. The foam is moderately fine and conveys creaminess and richness vividly. The foam lid remains in place until the very end, keeping the original aroma of barley and hops, and giving the impression of gently maintaining the beer feeling until the very last sip. We hope you will enjoy the taste that can only be expressed by the gentle mouthfeel created by handcrafting. 1.[ Natural moso bamboo ]. The moso bamboo used for RIVERET's tableware grows to a large size in a very short life cycle of 3 to 5 years. There is no need for excessive afforestation, which destroys the ecosystem, or the use of pesticides, which leads to environmental pollution. Bamboo is a natural eco-resource that can be used repeatedly and efficiently with a minimum amount of land. It is one of the effective ways to utilize resources to stop deforestation, which is one of the causes of environmental problems* and global warming. 2.[ From materials to cultivation management ]. Since its establishment in 1988, RIVERET has purchased an 18-km bamboo grove in Jiangxi Province, China. RIVERET has cultivated* and managed approximately 1.5 million bamboo trees on its own. After lumbering and basic molding at the company's local factory, the bamboo is finished and molded, painted, engraved, and delivered to the customer at a domestic factory in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, all under the company's control. 3.[ Processing Technology ]. Bamboo, which is more than twice as strong as ordinary wood, has tended to be avoided in delicate machining processes, but RIVERET has reviewed all aspects of lumbering and processing technology from the very beginning, and through various trials and errors, has been able to create the beautiful lines and delicate forms of today. 4.[ Natural Coating LOHAS COAT ]. RIVERET's tableware is all coated with LOHAS COAT, a proprietary coating technology that has been proven to inhibit E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus through the synergistic effects of paint containing natural green tea and phytoncide, which is inherent in bamboo. All RIVERET tableware is coated with this new LOHAS Coating technology. *We do not guarantee that the coating will permanently inhibit all bacteria. 5.[ 6-layer coating ]. We have applied a proprietary 6-layer coating that penetrates to the inside of the bamboo so that it can be used in the same way as ceramic and glass tableware in everyday use. (Coating conforming to the Food Sanitation Law) It can be used with dark-colored food such as wine, coffee, and oily food without any problem. 6.[ Dishwasher safe ]. All RIVERET tableware is dishwasher safe. Of course, they can be washed with a mild dishwashing detergent just like ceramic or glass dishes. * Use hot water at temperatures below 70°C (158°F). * Dishwasher detergents containing bleach * abrasives, etc. are not suitable for use. RIVERET の食器に使われる孟宗竹は3〜5年というとても短いライフサイクルで大きく成長します。生態系を壊す過度な植林や、環境汚染につながる農薬の使用も必要ありません。竹は最小限の土地で効率よく、繰り返し利用することができる天然エコ資源。環境問題・温暖化問題の一因である森林伐採を食い止める有効な資源活用法の一つです。
2.【 素材から育成管理 】
RIVERETでは1988年創立より、中国江西省に約18kmの竹山を購入。およそ150万本の竹を自社で育成・管理をしています。現地自社工場にて製材・基礎成形の後、埼玉県越谷市の国内工場で仕上成形・塗装・刻印、お客様へ届くまで、全て自社で管理しております。
