| Laminator It is designed so that the laminated film does not get stuck around the roller due to JPS (Jam Protection System). The NO1 that causes the laminator to repair is the winding of the film around the roller, but this is a specification that does not occur. For example, Asuka says that inserting a small sheet of paper against a film has a large margin, which is a major cause of easy clogging. Even if it is laminated with this large margin, it will be discharged smoothly without being wrapped around the roller. Warm up is 2 minutes, processing speed is 7.5/5.0 mm/sec (High speed/Low speed), and it finishes A4 copy paper in about 40/60 seconds speedily. (High speed is up to 0.2 mm when using 100 micron film) A buzzer will inform you when the warm-up is complete. Auto power-off function (energy-saving design) that automatically turns off the power 60 minutes after the warm-up is completed. A buzzer sounds even after 60 minutes to inform you of the shutoff. JPS(ジャムプロテクションシステム)でラミネートフィルムがローラーに巻きつき詰まらない設計です。ラミネーター修理原因のNO1がフィルムのローラーへの巻き込みですが、これが起きない仕様です。
例えばアスカ社ではフィルムに対して小さい用紙を挟むことを余白が大きいと表現していますが、これが詰まりやすいとても大きな原因となっています。この余白が大きい状態でラミネートしてもローラーに巻き付かずスムーズに排出してくれます。
ウォームアップは2分、加工速度は7.5/5.0mm/秒(Highspeed/Lowspeed)で、A4コピー紙を約40/60秒とスピーディに仕上げてくれます。(Highspeedは100ミクロンのフィルム使用時で用紙の厚み0.2mmまで)
ウォームアップ完了時に「ピピッ」とブザーでお知らせしてくれます。ウォームアップ完了から60分経過すると自動的に電源がOFFになるオートパワーオフ機能(省エネ設計)。この60分経過時にもブザー音が鳴りシャットオフを知らせてくれます。ラミネートを続けたい場合はこの音を聞いてすぐ電源の入れ直しをすれば加熱温度を保ったまますばやくラミネートを再開できます。
