With no water absorption, there is no residual smell of soup stock, and there is almost no mold. It is because of the Thermatech-processed earthenware pot that you can cook mizutaki the day after cooking a pot of curry. 【フォグ】Lサイズは小さすぎず大きすぎず、ちょうどいい感じの3〜4人分の土鍋。土鍋で火をかけながらお鍋をしていると出汁がどんどん蒸発するので、もう少し水分を保ちたいと思ったらワンサイズ大きな土鍋を検討してみてください。大きめの土鍋が一つあると、多めに作りたいおでんなどの煮込み料理にも便利です。
