Description
| Located in the center of Africa, just below the equator, Uganda is called the "Pearl of Africa" because of the magnificent nature of Lake Victoria and the headwaters of the Nile River. Uganda has Mount Elgon in the eastern part of the country and Mount Rwenzori in the western part, and its mountain ranges are as high as 1,600 to 2,000 meters above sea level. The volcanic ash nature of the area makes it an ideal coffee-growing environment with well-drained, mineral-rich, fertile soil, a temperature difference between day and night, and abundant precipitation. This coffee has a floral aroma, smoothness, moderate acidity, and a hint of citrus sweetness.
