【ふんどしの締め方】
1. 腰の後ろにふんどしを当てて紐を前に回す。
2. 前に回した紐をへそ下（へそ下3cm辺りの丹田というツボ）で結ぶ。
3. 後ろに垂れている布を股間をくぐらせ前へ出す。
4. へそ下で結んだ紐と腹の間に布をくぐらせてキュっとひっぱる。
5. 布を前に垂らして形を整えれば完成です。
