Description
| 4-step smooth is a typical material for circular knitting. The thickness is increased by one layer from spring to fall. The "pin" in "pin-kari" refers to a rotor (pin) made of sapphire glass, and is used to make a temporary twist by winding the raw yarn and spinning the rotor at high speed. Kari" refers to yarn that has undergone a temporary twisting process. This is a process in which polyester filaments are twisted, set with heat, and then untwisted. In this process, the yarn becomes crimped and bulky like permed hair. The yarn is then given a fluffiness and elasticity by the temporary twisting process (woolly process), and the fabric is given an appropriate bounce and firmness. We have tried to summarize the yarn manufacturing process in a way that is as easy to understand as possible, but it is difficult to understand just by writing. If I were to give you a simple description of how it feels to the touch, I would say that the jersey texture has firmness and firmness (bounciness). The "smooth" in 4-decker smooth is called "smooth knitting" because the surface of the knitted fabric, which combines two elastic knitting techniques, feels smooth. The waist tuck, originally applied to slacks pants, is used for track pants, and by adding volume around the thighs, a beautiful silhouette is achieved that overturns the conventional concept of track pants. 春から秋仕様に際して、1段（層）厚みが増しております。
ピンカリ糸を使用しておりますが、そもそもピンカリ糸の「ピン」とは、サファイアガラスで作られた回転子（ピン）の事であり、原糸を捲きつけ、回転糸を高速回転させてる事で仮撚りをさせること。
そして「カリ」とは、仮撚り（かりより）加工した糸を指します。ポリエステルの長繊維に撚り（糸とねじること）をかけ、熱でセットし、撚りを戻す加工です。こうすると、パーマをかけた毛髪のように、糸が捲縮（けんしゅく）してかさ高になります。
仮撚り加工（ウーリー加工）をすることにより、糸にふくらみと弾力を持たせ、生地に適度なハリとコシが生まれます。
糸の製造工程をなるべく分かり易いようにまとめてみましたが、文字だけでは分からないですよね。
触った感じを簡単に表現すれば、ジャージの質感にしっかりと膨らみがあり、コシ（ハリ）がある感触ですかね。
そもそも4段スムースのスムースとは、スムース編みという、二つのゴム編みを合わせた編地で、表面がスムース（滑らか）に感じられるところから呼ばれております。
本来、スラックスパンツに施されるウエストタックをトラックパンツに採用し、もも周りにボリュームを持たせる事で今までのトラックパンツの概念を打ち消す綺麗なシルエットを実現。
