<包丁の研ぎ方>
本体の片端をしっかり持ち、包丁をV字の研ぎ刃に軽く押し当てるように引いて研いでください。
※包丁を前後に往復させて研がないでください。
※切れ味が悪い場合は粗研ぎ、仕上げ研ぎを数回繰り返してください。
<粗研ぎ>
しばらく包丁を研いでいない場合は、刃先を下に向け、刃の根元から刃先にかけて4〜5回ほど引いて研いでください。
