<余熱調理について>
煮物やカレーなどの煮込み料理は、冷めていく過程で素材に味がしみて美味しくなるため、火を止めて余熱を利用する調理方法がぴったりです。また、味にムラがあったり煮崩れしやすい煮豆料理もふっくら美味しくできあがります。
「2、茹でる:無水調理で手軽に茹でる」:ほんの少しの水で茹でられるので、素材の栄養や美味しさそのままです。
無水調理とは、ほんの少しの水分だけで野菜や玉子をゆでる調理方法です。ビタミンやミネラルなどの栄養分や旨み、風味を逃がさず、色も鮮やかに仕上がります。鍋の加熱によってウォーターシール(水の膜)が働き、本体とフタが密閉して内部を定温・定圧に保ちます。ジオ・プロダクトの精巧な構造だからこそ実現できる調理方法です。

無油調理とは、素材の油分を上手に活かして焼くことです。余計な油を使わず最小限の油で調理できるからとってもヘルシー。余熱が不十分だと食材が鍋にこびりついたり焦げ付く原因になるので、食材などを入れる前に鍋を中火でしっかり温めてから弱火や中火で調理します。「5、オーブン調理:鍋ごとグラタンが焼ける」:全体にムラなく伝わる高熱効率だから、鍋ごとオーブンに入れたり、オーブンの代わりにも使えます。
