玉光窯「二代目玉光」梅原廣隆氏によって作り出された
新たな茶こしの登場です。
近年、茶葉で「深蒸し茶」が多く飲まれていることは
知られているかと思われます。
しかし、それを入れる道具が金属製の茶こししかありませんでした。
煎茶から深蒸し茶まで美味しく淹れられる茶こしを作りました。
それが「ハニーセラメッシュ」です。
蜂の巣のようにできた陶器製の細かな茶こしは、
穴が小さく深蒸しの粉も通し難い構造になっています。
見た目にはそんなに変わらないですが、
茶葉の種類によって差が出る逸品となります。
